Noor Early Learning UAE is a Dubai-founded network of 14 nursery campuses across the Emirates, from DIFC and Dubai Marina to Al Reem Island, Downtown Dubai and Sharjah. The edition is written in British English and speaks the language of UAE families: municipality licensing, AED tuition inclusive of VAT, a refundable registration fee and tours led by the nursery director. It follows the UAE PDPL and keeps the calm, outdoor philosophy of the original while adapting it to the Gulf.

The brief
Nordic calm, adapted for UAE families
Parents in the Emirates search by emirate and community, compare tuition in AED and want to book a tour without a phone call. The edition keeps the play-based, outdoor philosophy but adapts the details: municipality licensing, a refundable AED 275 registration fee, tuition shown monthly and inclusive of VAT, and campus pages that name local landmarks such as JBR Beach, Burj Khalifa and Al Majaz Waterfront. The voice stays warm and hospitable, never casual.

Brand adaptation
The same Noor Early Learning, with a local accent
Sand carries the page and night teal anchors the dark panels and footer, with champagne gold reserved for italics and small accents. Cormorant brings grand display type; Manrope keeps forms and navigation crisp. Corners are softly rounded at 10px for a hospitable feel, and the wordmark keeps Early Learning. The palette is deliberately quieter than the US edition: fewer earthy tones, more light.

Homepage and key journeys
The homepage opens with the promise of a second home and a curriculum that takes play seriously, then moves through six philosophy pillars, programs by age, parent testimonials from Dubai Marina and Al Reem Island, a photo mosaic and nearby campuses. The most distinctive flow is the emirate filter on the locations page: parents choose Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or the Northern Emirates, then land on a campus page with its own director, landmarks and enquiry form pre-set to that campus.

Compliance, accessibility and trust
- Privacy policy under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, with cookie notice and accept/reject.
- Terms of use and refundable registration fee note (AED 275).
- Footer with demo trade licence 1234567, Dubai; tuition shown inclusive of 5% VAT.
- Passes automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks on every page at 360, 390, 768 and 1440 px: no contrast failures, no unreachable controls, no horizontal scrolling.
- A language switcher built from
hreflangsits in the header on desktop and in the footer on phones.
One system, twelve markets
Every visible string lives in one file per market, and every colour and typeface in one theme file. This edition needed no new templates or components: a strings file, a theme, regional photography and local legal content made it a different brand experience. For an early-learning provider with international plans, a new market becomes a content project rather than a rebuild.
