The brief
One city, six campuses, one calm voice
Singapore has no states or counties, so the locations page becomes a region filter (North, East, West) over six campuses, each with its own neighbourhood page. Copy is multicultural and precise, with British spelling and no Singlish in brand voice. Tuition is quoted in S$ per month including GST, and the admissions flow carries a S$75 refundable registration fee. The privacy policy names a Data Protection Officer and follows the PDPA, with Do Not Call checks for marketing consent.

Brand adaptation
The same Cahaya Early Learning, with a local accent
Sage green carries the interface and a brick accent adds warmth to italics, with deep green for dark panels and the footer. Young Serif brings character to headlines; Plus Jakarta Sans, designed in Southeast Asia, keeps the interface modern. The descriptor stays Early Learning, and the footer carries the Pte Ltd UEN and Data Protection Officer contact.

Homepage and key journeys
A sunlit campus photograph opens the site with the line Nature-inspired early learning where children climb, question, build and belong. The homepage runs as an editorial scroll: the philosophy in six pillars, programs by age with S$ tuition, family testimonials from Orchard and Jurong, a photo mosaic, nearby campuses and the latest journal articles. The most distinctive flow is the four-step application (Child → Parents → Program → Confirm), which ends with a S$75 refundable registration fee request once the campus director confirms availability.

Compliance, accessibility and trust
- Privacy policy under the PDPA, with a Data Protection Officer at privacy@lumi-early.example and Do Not Call checks for marketing consent.
- Tuition quoted in S$ per month including GST at 9%; the S$75 registration fee is refundable.
- Footer with demo UEN 202612345A and a Data Protection Officer contact.
- Passes automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks on every page at 360, 390, 768 and 1440 px: no contrast failures, no unreachable controls, no horizontal scrolling.
- A language switcher built from
hreflangsits in the header on desktop and in the footer on phones.
One system, twelve markets
Every visible string lives in one file per market, and every colour and typeface in one theme file. This edition needed no new templates or components: a strings file, a theme, regional photography and local legal content made it a different brand experience. For an early-learning provider with international plans, a new market becomes a content project rather than a rebuild.

FAQ
How do you localise an education website for Singapore?
Use S$ tuition with GST, a S$75 refundable registration fee, campus pages for Orchard, Jurong, Tanjong Pagar, One-north, Tampines and Kallang, a region filter, PDPA consent and a Data Protection Officer.
Can one site serve six campuses across Singapore?
Yes. Each campus is a content file with its own address, director, MRT and neighbourhood landmarks, so a new campus is new content, not a rebuild.
Does the site handle government childcare subsidies?
Yes. The admissions copy notes that Cahaya participates in government childcare subsidy programs and offers sibling and employer-partner discounts.
