The Singapore edition adapts the online retail flow around these realities. Stock listings present fixed prices with GST and COE included, along with remaining COE duration on pre-owned cars. Store search routes customers by 6-digit postal code or planning area, while trade-in evaluations account for vehicle log cards, outstanding loans and LTA transfer requirements.

The homepage opens with a tailored hero search for popular queries like hybrid SUVs under S$200,000, supported by trust badges for 80 km free home delivery and 7-day trade-in guarantees. Featured showroom cards guide drivers to major automotive clusters in Ubi and Leng Kee, alongside an interactive MAS-compliant car loan calculator and inventory cards showing remaining COE tenure upfront.

Compliance, accessibility and trust

• Privacy policy drafted under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), detailing access, correction rights and recourse to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
• Terms of sale confirming vehicle prices include GST, COE and VES adjustments, subject to prevailing COE quota revisions.
